avatarify Refund Policy
We at Avatarify.art understand that sometimes circumstances may change and you may need to request a refund or cancel your purchase. Please review the following policy for refunds and cancellations on digital assets:
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your digital asset or the Avatar that we generate, you may request a full refund within 1 hour of your delievery. Here, delievery means the mail based transfer of avatars. This will further we subject to internal review, in case of genuine issue found of sub-standard quality(which Avatarify.art reserves the right to decide), a new order can be placed at $0. To request a refund, please contact us via email at contact.avatarifyart@gmail.com with your receipt number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. Please note that we do not offer refunds on digital assets that have been downloaded or accessed or modified.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your purchase of a digital asset, please contact us within 1 hour of placing order via email at contact.avatarifyart@gmail.com . This is because the model starts to train in the queue which is less then an hour. We will make every effort to cancel your purchase if it has not yet been fulfilled. However, please note that we may not be able to cancel your purchase if it has already been fulfilled. If your purchase has already been fulfilled, you will need to request a refund in accordance with the terms of the refund policy outlined above.
